Information on 7/16 DIN connectors
7/16 connectors are mechanically very robust coaxial connectors with a screw cap. They have a characteristic impedance of 50R and can be used up to 7.5 GHz with very good electrical parameters. Typical applications include the transmission of medium to high power in message transmission systems and the low attenuation transmission of message reception signals, e.g. in mobile phone base stations. Low-intermodulation and moisture-proof versions are also available. (Huber+Suhner)

The connectors can be assembled on site and are therefore particularly suitable for antenna construction.
