Which cable type for very short cables?

The RG316 cable is very torsion-resistant and should therefore not be used as a short cable. If used incorrectly, the service life of the cable would be much shorter than when using other cable types.

 

Which cable / connector for W-LAN applications?

The RG316 cable type is used here. The SMA reverse connector (or RP-SMA connector) is usually used for these connection types. Attention must be paid to the shape of the inner conductor of the connector. You will find the corresponding illustrations in the connector gallery.

 

Which connectors for DVB-T?

As there are a wide variety of connectors for these devices, the connector gallery will help you to find the right cable for your device connections. In the configurator, you can also select the connector types and a picture will be displayed.

 

Are there adapters for my sat nav, GPS, TMC, mobile phone or car radio?

A wide variety of plug types are used with these devices. If you tell us the exact designation, we can produce suitable adapter cables for you. Tip! Send us a picture of your desired connection by e-mail.

 

How long can a cable be?

This question cannot be answered in general, as the cable length always depends on which signal is transmitted at which strength and frequency. You should also know the minimum input strength of the signal at the receiver and the strength of the signal from the transmitter. Signal attenuation occurs with increasing cable length, which weakens the signal on its way from the transmitter to the receiver. The longer the cable, the higher the attenuation. Our cable configurator calculates the approximate attenuation for different cable types and lengths so that you have a guideline when selecting your cable type.

 

What payment options do I have?

Business customers ordering from us for the first time can order on account within 14 days by providing their tax number. However, this is only possible for first-time orders up to 200 euros. Unfortunately, for organisational reasons, payment by invoice to private customers is not possible for us. We ask for your understanding and offer you payment in advance or via Paypal without additional costs.
